    While I have only had the product for a month, and have only used a few times, it works exactly as described. Easy set up and takes about five minutes to reach the optimum temperature. The first time tried took some getting used to the flavor as there was no coal taste (that was the the idea, right? But it was different). After a few times of use, the absence of coal smoke and taste was clearly better. I will try to update this review in a few months.
