Return Policy
Returns
Any product (except tobacco) that is shipped can be returned for a credit or product within 30 days of the day the order was shipped - if it has not been used. Adiditionally, all shipping charges are non refundable. Any used product or tabacco returned will be discarded and no refunds will be credited.
Replacements
A request for replacement or customer service issue has to be reported within three business days of when the order was delivered. Claims submitted after 5 business days are subject to be denied. However, please always submit any request for replacement to me even if it is after the designated time. In the event of a need of a replacement, email us at Info@HookahShisha.org with the subject line of 'Replacement' for further instruction.
